Can we move an event after we've booked?

With our outdoor events, we will allow you to move the date without charge, if the weather forecast is predicting bad weather.  We will always keep a track of the forecast, to ensure you are aware of any weather risks and allow you to decide if you want to lock the date in or move the date, or choose one of our indoor activities.

Yes, we pride ourselves on providing all of the kit needed to run your experience at your location.

Yes we will work with you to customise the experience to meet your brand guidelines and event theme. We do this with branded props, equipment add-ons and in-game design.

Our virtual reality experiences can be delivered across the UK and Europe.  Our mobile gaming and GPS treasure hunt can be delivered globally.

Our team are trained to clean before and after an event and clean after each players turn. Ask for a copy of our risk assessment & method statement which we will create for your event.
