Will the equipment fit into our venue?

Our equipment is designed for corporate event spaces and normally fits through a standard doorway. Please tell us about stairs, restricted lifts, long loading routes, low ceilings or timed venue access before booking.

How many guests can take part?

Throughput depends on the experience, round length and number of stations booked. We will recommend a configuration that suits your audience size and available event time.

Can the experience or leaderboard be branded?

Branding options vary by experience. Where available, we can apply approved brand assets to the digital leaderboard, screens or game content, as confirmed in your proposal.

What happens if there is a technical problem?

Your event host manages and monitors the equipment throughout the booking. We carry appropriate backup equipment and will work to restore play as quickly as possible if a technical issue occurs.
