Our hosts manage the equipment and clean shared contact surfaces between users as appropriate to the activity. Tell us about your venue’s safety requirements in advance, and contact us if you need risk assessment or method statement documentation.
Capacity depends on the activity, the number of stations and how long each person plays. Tell us your audience size and event schedule so we can recommend a suitable setup, whether guests are dropping in throughout the day or taking part in organised teams.
Our VR activity bookings run for up to six hours. Individual play times vary by game and are shown on the product page as typical play time per person. Team-building sessions and other experiences have their own activity durations, which we will confirm in your proposal.
Our iPad team-building experiences are fully hosted. For in-person events, we supply iPads with cellular data, together with the equipment and themed props included in your package. Secret Agent Bootcamp has its own format and equipment package; see its product page for details.
For our iPad-based team-building games delivered virtually, participants need their own compatible Apple iPhone or iPad. Android devices are not supported. We will confirm the app, device and internet requirements before the event. This guidance does not apply to Secret Agent Bootcamp.
