How do we get set up for Arctic Survival Escape Room?
We provide clear joining and setup instructions before the event. For self-managed or remotely hosted delivery, teams use the event app or link on their own compatible devices. With fully managed delivery, we provide the agreed equipment onsite.
Requirements depend on the delivery option. Participants may need a charged smartphone or tablet, the event app and reliable internet access. We will confirm the exact requirements in your event information.
Our host introduces the challenge, explains the rules and supports the teams throughout the activity. Teams then work through the experience before coming together for results and a final wrap-up.
Fully managed delivery includes the agreed equipment, event setup, hosting and results or winner presentation. Any additional branding, prizes or AV requirements will be confirmed in your proposal.

What we need from you.

  Provide a suitable room or event area for the confirmed participant numbers and delivery format.
  Share the joining instructions with participants and arrange teams in advance where requested.
  For self-managed or remotely hosted delivery, ensure devices are charged, compatible and connected to reliable internet.
  Confirm final participant numbers, timings, accessibility requirements and the onsite contact before the event.
