How IT WORKS?

EVENT FAQ's

Are there any restrictions we need to know about to get your simulators into the event space?
No, we use compact equipment to ensure we can easily setup in the tightest of event spaces and get through a normal sized door.
Yes we provide medals for all of our experiences, included in the price, if required.
Yes, please let us know if you have particular cars or tracks in mind when you book, so we can set up the game to your event requirements – We have hundreds of tracks and cars available. We use a digital branded leaderboard that is visible to all guests. This can also be viewed on a web URL, at your request.
In the unlikely event anything breaks, we always carry spares to ensure your event experience is not impacted.

Customer Responsibilities

  Provide up to two 1.5m x 2.5m areas for each of the 2 VR stations needed to setup the experience.
  Ensure we have a double UK plug socket within 5 meters of the experience.
  Ensure we can access the space 2 hours prior to the experience start time.
  Ensure we can pack down and remove the experience once the event has ended, without restriction.
