EVENT FAQ's

Can the GPS be run at any location?
Yes, any outdoor location, globally. We have hundreds of popular locations to choose from but can easily create a bespoke location for your event if required. We will confirm this once you have booked.
These experiences are covered by our weather guarantee and event flexi date policy. We will work with you to determine if weather is going to be a problem before the event and move the date to a suitable date, without charge. With our flexi date policy, you can move the event date, without charge, if the event is more than 7 days away (for any reason).
Yes. Once you have booked, we will work with you to ensure the start and end locations meet your needs.
Yes, we send you all of the photos from the experience that each team took – these are sent to you the following day.

Customer Responsibilities

  Book a meeting room for the participants that will be in attending, in person.
  Share the meeting link and instructions we send you, to the participants (if virtually hosted or self managed).
  Ensure participant devices and the venue have stable internet access and users have downloaded the app from the app store before the event (if you aren’t selecting fully managed delivery)
  Arrange your participants into teams.
