With our outdoor events, we will allow you to move the date without charge, if the weather forecast is predicting bad weather. We will always keep a track of the forecast, to ensure you are aware of any weather risks and allow you to decide if you want to lock the date in or move the date, or choose one of our indoor activities.
We will allow you to move any event booked with us if it is more than 7 days away from the event and you have paid for the event in full. This gives you the flexibility to handle unpredicted scenarios, without losing money on your event activity.

Yes we will work with you to customise the experience to meet your brand guidelines and campaign theme. We do this with props and equipment add-ons to enhance the customer experience.

Our team are trained to clean before and after an event and clean after each players turn. Ask for a copy of our risk assessment & method statement which we will create for your event.
