How IT WORKS?

EVENT FAQ's

Will every participant get an opportunity to take part?
We design the rotation around your group size and event duration so each team has an opportunity to complete the relevant challenges. We will confirm the final format and timings before the event.
You can provide teams in advance, or we can help organise participants onsite. Pre-arranged teams normally give the event the quickest start.
Space depends on the number and type of stations booked. We will provide a confirmed floor plan before the event and must be told about restricted access, low ceilings, stairs or fixed furniture.
The required access window depends on the final configuration. Your booking confirmation will state when our team needs access and the expected pack-down period.

What we need from you.

  Provide the clear, level indoor space shown in the agreed event plan for all activity stations.
  Provide standard UK power sockets within five metres of the setup, unless we confirm otherwise.
  Give our team the agreed venue access time and confirm loading, lift, parking and security arrangements.
  Confirm participant numbers, teams, accessibility considerations and the onsite contact before the event.
