How IT WORKS?

EVENT FAQ's

Will all players experience virtual reality?
Yes, we setup our experiences with enough time in each zone (25 mins each zone) to ensure everyone gets to play in VR, at each of the VR stations.
We can organised the teams onsite at random or you can prepare your teams prior to the event and we can call out the teams.
Each virtual reality station we setup, requires approx. 3m x 3m square. We typically set up each experience in the corner of a room. The 5th and final challenge is done in the centre of the room.
We need 1.5hrs to set up this experience and 30 mins to pack down.

Customer Responsibilities

  Provide four 2.5m x 2.5m areas for each of the 4 VR stations needed to setup the experience.
  Ensure we have a double UK plug socket within 5 meters of the experience.
  Ensure we can access the space 2 hours prior to the experience start time.
  Ensure we can pack down and remove the experience once the event has ended, without restriction.
