How IT WORKS?

EVENT FAQ's

How do we get set up?

We will provide you with step-by-step instructions ahead of the day. Simply download our Mobile Adventures app to your own device, then scan the QR code we send you.

What do we need to take part?

You’ll need access to a laptop with video conferencing software such as Zoom or Google Meet (if not in person). A smart device with our Mobile Adventures app and a stable WIFI/good mobile internet connection.

How does it work on the day?

Teams will be briefed by one of our experienced host and then break off into smaller groups (or breakout rooms). Our expert host will be on standby throughout the activity to support teams, encourage communication and provide a fun virtual wrap-up at the end of the activity.

What do you provide with the fully managed service?

With our ‘fully managed service’ we provided the tablets, 2 in character presenters and winners medals.

Customer Responsibilities

Book a meeting room for the participants that will be attending in person.

Share the meeting link and instructions we send you, to the participants (if virtually hosted or self managed).

Ensure participant devices and the venue have stable internet access and users have downloaded the app from the app store before the event.

Please note we will put participants into teams randomly using the video conference platform.
